Glimboo.com is currently in its Coming Soon phase and is not yet accepting online orders. Because no purchases can be made through this website at this time, returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, and order-related claims are not currently available through Glimboo.com.

Food Safety Return Policy
Because Glimboo products are food items, we will handle returns and refunds with extra care. For food safety and quality reasons, we generally will not accept returns or offer refunds for opened products, taste preferences, change of mind, accidental purchases, or items that cannot be safely resold.
After launch, Glimboo's return and refund policy is expected to apply only to purchases made directly through Glimboo.com.
When We May Be Able to Help After Launch
Once online ordering becomes available, customers may contact us if an order has an eligible issue, such as:
- The item arrived damaged;
- The wrong item was received;
- An item was missing from the package;
- The product has a quality issue;
- The package was not delivered;

Reporting an Issue After Launch
After Glimboo.com begins accepting orders, customers should contact us within 30 days of the delivery date or, for undelivered orders, within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
To help us review requests faster, customers may be asked to provide:
- Order number;
- Email address used to place the order;
- A clear description of the issue;
- Photos of the product;
- Photos of the outer shipping box or mailer;
- Photos of the shipping label;
- Photos of any visible damage;
- Product lot code, best-by date, or packaging information, if available.
Returns
Please do not send any product back to us unless our Customer Care team specifically asks you to do so.
Because our products are food items, most approved order issues may be handled without requiring a physical return. If we need an item returned for review, investigation, or quality control, we will provide return instructions.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
Refunds
If a refund is approved after launch, it will generally be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, card issuer, bank, PayPal, Stripe, or other payment service. After we issue a refund, it may take several business days for the amount to appear in the customer's account.
Shipping fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where the issue was caused by Glimboo, a fulfillment error, or our inability to ship an order.
Purchases from Other Retailers
This policy applies only to purchases made directly from Glimboo.com.
If you purchased Glimboo products from another retailer, marketplace, store, reseller, social media shop, or third-party platform, please contact that seller directly for return, refund, or replacement support.
